Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern registration and payment for participation in Natyanjali, an event presented by the Rotary Club of Madras Heritage ("Natyanjali", "we", "us", or "our"). By completing a booking on this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information for yourself and each participant, including name, date of birth, school, and dance category, so that eligibility and slot allocation can be verified correctly.
• You may register multiple participants in a single order.
• A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully captured and an invoice has been emailed to you.

2. Slot Allocation

• Performance slots are allocated by the organizing team after payment is confirmed and are subject to availability.
• Slots are not allocated immediately after booking or payment.
• The allocated date and time for each participant will be communicated by email once the slot has been assigned.
• We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or reassign slots where necessary due to operational requirements, and will make reasonable efforts to inform participants of any change.

3. Fees and Payment

• Participation fees are as displayed on the booking page at the time of registration, based on the dance category and pricing tier selected.
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
• A booking is confirmed only after Razorpay successfully verifies and captures payment.

4. Eligibility and Conduct

Participants must meet the eligibility criteria (such as age requirements) for the dance category selected at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a registration that does not meet the stated eligibility criteria, in which case the Refund and Cancellation Policy will apply.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Media and Recording

By participating in Natyanjali, you consent to being photographed or filmed during the event, and to such photographs or recordings being used by the Rotary Club of Madras Heritage for event documentation and promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the smooth conduct of the event but are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including venue availability, weather, or force majeure events.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
