• Payment information processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank account details on our servers — these are handled directly and securely by Razorpay.
• Transaction records such as order IDs, payment IDs, and invoice details generated as part of completing your booking.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process bookings, payments, and allocate performance slots.
• To send booking confirmations, invoices, slot allocation details, and other event-related communication by email.
• To respond to queries and provide support related to your registration.
• To maintain records required for accounting, taxation, and event administration.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Sharing of Information

We share information only as necessary to operate the event and process your booking:

• With Razorpay, our payment gateway partner, to process payments and refunds securely.
• With our email service provider, to send transactional emails such as invoices and slot confirmations.
• With the organizing team of Natyanjali / Rotary Club of Madras Heritage, for event planning and coordination.
• Where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you provide against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Payment transactions are processed over encrypted connections through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
